Threading: After special surface treatment of steel wire rope and spring, thread beads, spring, and other accessories on the wire rope (no dust must be ensured)
Vulcanization: Use an injection molding machine to press rubber or plastic onto the steel wire and fix the beads.
Opening: Mainly to remove the impurities on the bead surface, expose the diamond to the outside, and remove the redundant burr on the rubber/plastic.
